Virtual Physiotherapy Assessment

Due to Corona-virus we are offering a virtual physiotherapy service. We will call, Zoom or Facetime you and complete a physiotherapy assessment over the phone with you. From your assessment we can help you understand what might be causing your problem, give you advice and send you a home exercise programme via email. If you require hands on treatment we can look at booking you an appointment when we re-open hopefully after Easter. The virtual physiotherapy call will last about 15-20 minutes after which your physiotherapist will then spend time putting together your exercises and sending them to you. View less

Virtual Physiotherapy Follow up

Due to Corona-virus we are offering a virtual physiotherapy service. We will call, Zoom or Facetime you and complete a physiotherapy follow up appointment with you. From this follow up appointment we can give you advice and update your home exercise programme via email. The virtual physiotherapy follow up call will last about 10 minutes after which your physiotherapist will then spend time updating your exercises and sending them to you. View less

Currently a Virtual appointment via phone, FaceTime or Zoom. During this session we will carry out an in depth assessment of you current diet and lifestyle and take anthropometrical measurements such as body fat and BMI. After this you will be designed a nutrition plan that enables you to reach your goals. View less

Virtual Nutritional Therapy follow up

Currently a Virtual appointment via phone, FaceTime or Zoom. This is a 30 minute follow up session to review the progress of your nutrition plan, take re-measurements and progress your plan. View less
